Camps > Haida Gwaii

Science AL!VE is excited to be providing another year of summer camp in Haida Gwaii! Science AL!VE will be offering summer camps in four locations in Haida Gwaii; Sandspit, Masset, Port Clements and Skidegate. Science AL!VE will have full day camps for students in grades 2 through 7 in all locations.  Students completing grades 2 through 4 will be in Junior camp and students completing grades 5 through 7 will be in Senior camp. Junior and Senior camps both run from 9 am to 3:30 pm. Junior and Senior camps will participate in joint and independent activities and projects, allowing each age group to get the most from camp.

Junior Camp

Campers will explore science through fun and interactive projects and hand-on activities.This camp offers a sampling of several science fields including physical chemistry, ecological exploration, and electronic circuitry!

For students completing grades 2-4

Full Day camp 9am - 3:30 pm

Senior Camp

Campers will explore science andtechnologythrough a variety of fun and challenging projects and hands-on activities. Students will explore multiple science fields including projects on health science, engineering, and zoology!

For students completing grades 5- 7

Full Day camp 9am - 3:30 pm
