About Registration, The Curriculum & Our Instructors

how do we register for camps?

Registration is done online through Karelo, our event registration platform. You must first create an account before attempting to register for our summer camps. Should you have any issues registering, please feel free to email us at or give our office a call at 778-782-5912. Please note: We receive a high influx of phone calls and emails during the summer camp season and it may take 1-2 business days for a staff member to get back to you.

Iā€™m interested in registering my child for a camp that is not for their age group, can I do that?

We register by grade completed to facilitate students being placed in the camp group that best reflects their current learnings at school. Please register your child based on the grade that they will have completed in June 2019.

No, registering for the waitlist is free. You will only be charged once your child has a spot in the associated camp.
