Bored games? No, it’s board games! In this camp campers will learn about the design processes when designing games. What makes a game fun, where does play start and stop and how does probability add or take away from game design. Discover the world behind game design and game theory and try your hand at building one yourself, are the cards in your favour?

Come learn about how games are created through instructor-guided workshops, hands-on practices and an opportunity to create their own games, participating in a mini Science AL!VE game jam of their own. Rev your engine and strap yourself in, we’re going to be zooming to the finish line. You will be exploring the different physical systems and forces that all revolve around automobiles. Each day you will accelerate into the processes and physical properties when it comes to designing a new car. What is friction? What is drag? What does Vin diesel mean when he says “There’s nothing stronger than family”?
